Owners from across the country revved into Stafford for the event that helped bring in £10,000 for charities.

The rally began at Seighford near Stafford, with tractors taking off from the RAF base in the area, before setting off through Gnosall, Ranton and Norbury before returning. Aside from the hundreds of tractors on show, visitors were entertained with food, music and games across the Bank Holiday weekend.

This year marks the 30th annual road run, brought to Stafford thanks to the work of the Old Knotty's committee.

Libby Banks, a board member with Old Knotty's, said: "It took around 18 months of organisation but we had a fantastic weekend."

Across the weekend more than £10,000 was raised for charities Midland Air Ambulance, Staffordshire and Shropshire Blood Bikes, Donna Louise Children's Hospice and Stafford Samaritans.

The event is moved to a different county each year with tractors heading to Powys in 2018.
